No. 3 - Exotic Animals

December's Theme: Exotic Animals

New year, more art to come!

Dark Stranger

Sort of a tribute to Black Sad :)

I had to redraw this after already working on it for a few hours because it wasn't turning out as good as I hoped. ...so then I got this!

Happy Holidays!

Just a few pics I did and wanted to share. :)

More might come soon, but seeing as it's Christmas Eve, I wouldn't be too sure. My holiday drawing quota for this year was vastly unfulfilled. Ahh wells.

Merry Christmas

Happy Holidays

Be jolly, bloggers!

The MOST Majestic

These were done upon request from my little cousin Gina. After a long day and much yummy foodstuffs, we were all feeling a little loopy, and thus the majestic magicalness that is David the unilion, Betsy the hippopotamus, and Pete the hipstermingo were born. She's pretty awesome, you should check out her tumblr. :)

AND it JUST so happened that these doodlies fit our theme for December! Huzzah.

Also I really wanted to share them with you.

David is my favorite.

He has a secret.

PS! For some reason the fullview function on blogger isn't working for me, and so if it doesn't work for you either, you can see the full versions HERE and HERE. :)

No. 2 - The letter "B"

November's theme: The Letter "B"

Bookworm

Hello hello! Several hours and about 50 layers later, I'm finally finished!

So I realize this isn't quite a sketch and I'm spoiling you with detailed work that I might not be able to do again later but NO MATTER. It's because I love you, that's why. :)

Hope you enjoy the pic

I'll be back with December's post soon!

Happy holidays bloggers.

Black Eye, White Eye

Lateness yeah! D:

ehh I'm not satisfied so I'll probably edit later.

This theme was so broad.

Boomsday: The Baby Shower

This monstrosity was not only drawn for Sketchadors, but also for the monthly contest at the Pencil Mileage Club at CSUF.

It was by far the most epic/complicated digital piece I've ever done. Can't say I'll have this much time to spend on my next piece... but here's to hoping!

No. 1 - Avatar the Last Airbender

October's theme: Avatar: The Last Airbender

This collablog will work a little different in that the monthly theme will be announced at the END of each month (as opposed to the first day). There are two reasons for this:

1. Who doesn't like a little suspense!? As the posts come out, you can try to guess the theme by seeing how all the pieces relate to each other.

2. When reading backwards through the archive, you'll know what the theme is before you see the pieces.

Huzzah! Now prepare for more Sketchador aweesomeness in the weeks ahead!

Zuko

Aaaand coming in very late is my addition to October's theme!
Here's Zuko, in all his angsty glory. :)

I'm so glad he got less annoying in the final season. Haha my favorite episode was the one where they went to watch the avatar play and poked fun at themselves. MUST FIND THE AVATAR.

Enjoy, girlies! (Everyone I know has had at least a minor crush on Zuko. Don't even deny it.) I was tempted to do something romance-y, but I didn't and I'm glad.

Off to do next months! (It's December as I write this. Sigh. I'm sorry.)

Forgive meee

Sokka

Here's my rendition of Sokka, and my first official piece of fan art! Such a great show, I still need to get that "Art of" book...

(BTW, that pronunciation thing is just a quip at M. Night Shyamalan.)
